These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of https://rainquake.com/ (the "Site"), operated by Rainquake Studios LLC ("Rainquake Studios," "we," "us," or "our"), including its Rainquake Education and Rainquake Labs divisions. By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms.

2. First-Party Intellectual Property & Attributions

Unless otherwise noted, all content on the Site—including proprietary software, Rust/WebAssembly simulation modules, GLSL shaders, visual masters, character designs, narrative worlds, copy, logos, and brand marks such as RAINQUAKE STUDIOS, "Some Worlds Should Never Wake.", Rainquake Education, Rainquake Labs, and JUMI: The Starlight Compass—is owned by Rainquake Studios LLC and protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

Open-source typefaces distributed with the Site (Cormorant Garamond and Manrope) remain governed by the SIL Open Font License 1.1 included in our published asset notices (cormorantgaramond-OFL.txt and manrope-OFL.txt). Apple, iPhone, and iOS are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions, and are referenced solely to describe software platform compatibility.

3. Permitted Use & Restrictions

You may browse, link to, and reference the Site for personal, journalistic, partner, or compliance review purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape for unauthorized dataset or AI model training, or commercially exploit our proprietary artwork, brand marks, or software code without prior written permission from Rainquake Studios LLC.

4. Software Releases & Pre-Launch Previews

Rainquake Studios LLC designs and publishes its own first-party software titles. Previews, visual showcases, and "Coming Soon" descriptions on the Site are provided for informational purposes and may evolve prior to commercial launch. Commercial games, mobile apps, and digital software releases are governed by the specific End User License Agreement (EULA) or platform store terms presented at the time of download or purchase.

The Site may link to product websites operated by Rainquake Studios LLC (such as https://jumi.games/) or external third-party platforms; each linked property is governed by its own posted terms and privacy notice.
